The present invention relates to a light weight polymer repairing mortar construction method for restoring concrete structure using light ash. According to the present invention, the light weight polymer repairing mortar construction method for restoring concrete structure using light ash comprises: a first stage of transferring a material of a light weight polymer repairing mortar containing 40 to 50 wt% of cement, 5 to 20 wt% of light ash of 0.35 to 0.45 g/cc bulk density, 2 to 5 wt% of redispersible acrylic powder of resin, 30 to 50 wt% of an aggregate, and 1 to 5 wt% of water soluble adhesives; a second stage of measuring a part to be repaired of the concrete structure; a third stage of digging the part to be repaired caused by deterioration and carbonation through a measurement of the second stage; a fourth stage putting the material transferred in the first stage into a mixer, installed in a site, and mixing for a coating construction of the light weight polymer repairing mortar into the dug part of the concrete structure; a fifth stage of coating the light weight polymer repairing mortar mixed through the fourth stage into the dug part of the concrete structure; and a sixth stage of finishing the surface of a repairing layer by the light weight polymer repairing mortar after completing the fifth stage.
