INDOOR WIRELESS POSITIONING SYSTEM AND INDOOR WIRELESS POSITIONING METHOD

Disclosed is an indoor wireless positioning system and an indoor wireless positioning method, by which an indoor wireless positioning is capable of being more accurately performed by performing a signal decreasing prediction to a floor or a wall in another building. The indoor wireless positioning method comprising: calculating interformational loss information between a floor on which a user terminal is located in a building and upper and lower floors; calculating the floor on which the user terminal is located, by comparing the calculated interformational loss information and previously stored preliminary interformational loss information; calculating information on a loss between walls on the floor on which the user terminal is located; and acquiring location information of a horizontal surface of the user terminal according to a receiving signal strength and the information on the loss between the walls, so that, when the location of the user terminal is detected, the accuracy is improved, and a more efficient wireless positioning is possible.
