A measuring method of a glomerular filtration rate of a kidney and a device thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention can measure a glomerular filtration rate of a kidney conveniently and accurately by using a blood pressure value which is performed generally and the measurement of blood viscosity. The present invention provides measuring method of the glomerular filtration rate of the kidney and the deice thereof comprising; a step of inputting blood pressure information including systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and central venous pressure, and numeric information including blood viscosity; a step of calculating mean arterial pressure (MAP) indirectly by using the blood pressure information; and a step of calculating a glomerular filtration rate by using the MAP, a blood viscosity value, and the central venous pressure included in the blood pressure information.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
