The present invention relates to a decoration technique of a ceramic crafts using fiber and a ceramic craftwork using the same, and more specifically, to a decoration technique of a ceramic crafts which enables to diversify a material for a ceramic craft decoration technique and maximize the beauty of tradition at low costs. To this end, the present invention comprises: an initial painting step of varnishing with lacquer on the surface of a pottery shaped with an unrefined sap of the lacquer tree; a first drying step of drying the initially painted pottery; a fabric gluing step of cutting a ramie fabric, and gluing the cut ramie fabric on the surface of a pottery by using a glue element; a second drying step of drying the pottery glued with the ramie fabric; a middle painting step of painting by covering the ramie fabric by using the unrefined sap of the lacquer tree or a refined sap on the surface of a pottery glued with the ramie fabric; a third drying step of drying the middle-painted pottery; a coloring step of painting a color with a same ratio of a natural pigment or an organic pigment and the refined sap on the surface of the pottery where the middle painting is done; a fourth drying step of drying the colored pottery; and a top painting step of varnishing with lacquer on the entire pottery including the ramie fabric or the surface of the pottery except the ramie fabric from the surface of the colored pottery, and made with several filter papers in order to maximally remove impurities with lacquer, wherein the first, second, and third drying steps are done at the temperature of 25C to 30C and at the humidity of 70% to 80%, and the fourth drying step is done at the temperature of 25C to 30C and at the humidity of 40% to 50%.
