The present invention relates to a painting module for wide-variable road surface marking equipment capable of marking pedestrian crossing lanes at a width of 5-45 cm capable of rapidly and easily marking lanes such as wide pedestrian crossing lanes and narrow traffic lanes at a preset width within a range of 5-45 cm on a road surface using one between an extruding type method and a minutely-spraying method according to work specifications by extruding fusion paint on the road surface or minutely spraying the fusion paint right after extruding. A painting module for wide-variable road surface marking equipment capable of marking pedestrian crossing lanes at a width of 5-45 cm according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a paint extruding unit installed on the road surface marking equipment moving on the road surface and extruding fusion paint supplied from a paint tank of the road surface marking equipment at a high pressure downward through a slit-type nozzle and a first width adjusting unit installed on the lower part of the paint extruding unit and continuously adjusting a paint extruding width of the paint extruding unit according to a desirable land width. Additionally, the painting module for the wide-variable road surface marking equipment includes a paint minutely-spraying unit installed on the lower part of the paint extruding unit to be separated and marking lanes by making the fusion paint extruded from the paint extruding unit minute using centrifugal power of two high-speed cylinders rotating at a high speed in opposite directions and thereafter spraying the fusion paint downward and a second width adjusting unit installed on the lower part of the paint minutely-spraying unit and continuously adjusting a paint spraying width of the paint minutely-spraying unit according to the desirable lane width.
