The present invention relates to a method for selecting a menopause biomarker using metabolomics and a menopause biomarker in animal models. The method for selecting a menopause biomarker comprises the steps of: obtaining a biometric sample from a normal animal model and an animal model with the ovary cut off; analyzing each biometric sample by using a mass spectrometer; converting the result of each mass analysis into values which can be statistically processed; and analyzing and comparing the converted values in a statistical method.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
