The present invention relates to an art teaching aid and, more particularly, to an art teaching aid which includes a painting board consisting of a hook among Velcro, and forms a shape to be presented by using wool yarn on the painting board, thereby being convenient to use and solving a problem occurred when drawing a paint on paper or a blackboard by using a conventional painting, crayon, colored pencil, etc. To this end, the art teaching aid of the present invention comprises a painting board having a surface consisting of a hook of Velcro; wool yarn attached to the painting board to form a shape; and a hollow penholder having an insertion hole for inserting the wool yarn on an upper end part, and having a discharge hole for discharging the wool yarn on a lower end part, and having a path connected to the insertion hole and the discharge hole and moving the wool yarn.
