The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for correcting a phase difference between a voltage signal and a current signal of a power meter and the power meter using the same. The apparatus for correcting the phase difference according to the present invention includes: a phase estimation part which extracts a fundamental component by removing harmonic components included in a voltage signal and a current signal of a load, and calculates a phase of the voltage signal and a phase of the current signal from the fundamental component, and calculates the phase difference between the voltage signal and the current signal; and a phase correction part which corrects the phase of the voltage signal or the current signal by delaying the voltage signal or the current signal according to the phase difference inputted from the phase estimation part. According to the present invention, the apparatus has the effect of solving an accuracy degradation problem of an estimated phase due to the harmonic component included in an alternating current signal, by estimating the phase difference by extracting the basic component of the voltage signal and the current signal.
