APPRAISAL METHOD FOR GREEN ROAD TECHNOLOGY

The present invention relates to a method for appraising a green road technology which is to be applied to a road or a road network, using a computer system including an input/output device, a processing device and a storage device. The appraisal method of the present invention can perform quantitative and objective technology appraisal as to the green road technology rapidly and conveniently, by: inputting quantity variation compared to a previous technology as to at least one among road construction, road maintenance and road operation; calculating reduction of life cycle cost compared to the previous technology by applying a unit cost; inputting a quantity variation as to at least one among road construction, maintenance, and operation compared to the existing technology; calculating carbon emission cost reduction by applying a carbon emission coefficient to the processing device; inputting the quantity variation compared to the previous technology as to at least one of the road construction, the road maintenance and the road operation; calculating energy consumption cost reduction compared to the previous technology by applying energy consumption per unit area; inputting the quantity variation compared to the previous technology as to at least one of construction time, number of lanes, vehicle speed, vehicle width, traffic volume and addition ratio of heavy vehicles; and calculating user cost reduction compared to the previous technology by applying user unit cost.
