The present invention relates to a method for calculating a temperature difference between two points, a dynamic random access memory which refreshes by reflecting the temperature difference calculated by the same, and a three-dimensional processor. The method for calculating a temperature difference according to an embodiment of the present invention is a method for calculating the difference between the temperature measured on a first point and the temperature measured on a second point by using a computer. The method for a calculating temperature difference may include the steps of: obtaining fa(t), a temperature function over time on the first point, and fb(t), a temperature function over time on the second point; and calculating a difference between fa(t + d), a parallel displacement function on the first point which is obtained by moving fa(t), the temperature function on the first point by a positive number of d in the direction in parallel with a time axis and fb(t), the temperature function on the second point.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
