FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for manufacture of sausage-shaped products containing fluid filling material. A clipping machine includes a clipping device designed for installation and closing of at least one closing clamp on the rear end of the filled tubular cover and a clipping machine control unit. The clipping machine is provided with a sensor measuring elongation length of a tubular envelope drawn off the filler tube and a sensor measuring movement of filler material at supply to the tubular envelope. Based on the ratio between elongation length of the tubular envelope and movement of the filler material, the control unit shapes a control signal for action on the clipping machine.;EFFECT: invention ensures minimum losses of filler in case of damage to the envelope at its being filled.;12 cl, 4 dwg
