The fluorescently labelled probe has the following structure: Bm-ISfl-Pr 5' (FAM)-GGGCGTGAAGCTCGTTGACCTGCCC-(BHQ1) 3', where FAM is carboxyfluorescein, fluorescent dye, which absorption wavelength is 490 nm, and BHQ1 is a fluorescence extinguisher with the range of extinguishing of 480-580 nm.;EFFECT: invention enables to detect with high sensitivity and specificity the causative agent of malleus and to differentiate it from the causative agent of melioidosis in samples of pure cultures and biological material.;1 dwg, 1 tbl, 3 ex
