FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: potatoes and rutabaga are cut and blanched. Fresh ornamental cabbages are cut and frozen. Carrots, parsley roots and bulb onions are cut and sauteed in melted fat. Skin-off fish fillet, tomatoes and greens are cut. The components are mixed with "Hercules" oat flakes, salt, black hot pepper and laurel leaf. The produced mixture and the fish broth are packed, sealed and sterilised.;EFFECT: organoleptic properties preservation combined with non-traditional raw materials usage.
