METHOD OF PREPARATION OF POULTRY DROPPINGS FOR SUBSEQUENT USE AS PART OF MULTICOMPONENT LOADING RAW MATERIALS OF SINGLE-CHAMBER BIOGAS UNIT (BGU)

FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: method of preparation of poultry droppings for the subsequent use as a part of multicomponent loading raw materials of the single-chamber biogas unit includes microbiological processing of poultry droppings and adding of bioadditives in a liquid form, execution of biological warming up and fermentation of the mix, and the used bioadditive is effluent, amounting 20-25% of the total mass of poultry droppings which comprise mineral fertilizers - N:P:K amounting 0.1:0.16:0.18% respectively and native microflora with the density of microorganisms 260x10⁸ CFU/ml then the obtained substratum is held within 7-9 days in anaerobic conditions, and then is supplied into the biogas unit reactor amounting 15% of loading weight.;EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the time of fermentation process, to use a poultry droppings as one of components of the combined raw materials for a single-stage fermentation; to exclude negative impact of harmful components of initial dung on activity of the microorganisms participating in fermentation process.
