FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: strain of Trichoderma citrinoviride RNCIM F-1228 is a producer of membrane-active antibiotics-peptaibols having antifungal and antibacterial activity. The strain was obtained by selection from a strain of Trichoderma citrinoviride TV4-1. The values of the diameter of the inhibition zone of growth of pathogenic fungi Candida albicans ATCC 2091 and Aspergillus niger INA 00760 with extracts of the culture fluid of the proposed strain are respectively 15±2 mm 25±2 mm.
