METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF COUNTERFEIT-PROOF PAPERS, SCRATCH-OFF PRINTING MACHINE AND COUNTERFEIT-PROOF PAPER

FIELD: textiles, paper.SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing counterfeit-proof papers is proposed, in particular banknotes, comprising the step of sealing the surface of the counterfeit-proof papers by coating the surface of the counterfeit-proof paper with the security pattern, at that the sealing comprises printing the counterfeit-proof papers with scratch-off printing method, using a form of scratch-off printing with engraved areas such that at least 80% of the total area of the surface of each counterfeit-proof paper is covered by convex patterns of scratch-off printing, created by engraved areas of the scratch-off printing form, which are covered with paint, or a combination of convex patterns of scratch-off printing and flat patterns of scratch-off printing. The flat patterns of scratch-off printing are created by non-engraved fields of the scratch-off printing form, which are covered with paint after wiping the scratch-off printing form, and at least a part of the convex patterns of scratch-off printing and/or flat patterns of scratch-off printing is printed by transparent or translucent ink for scratch-off printing. The transparent or translucent ink for scratch-off printing is applied to the engraved areas and/or to the non-engraved fields of the scratch-off printing form to seal substantially the entire surface of the counterfeit-proof papers with the security pattern composed of patterns of scratch-off printing.
