A collision possibility determining apparatus includes: an identifying part (32) configured to detect an object (B, H) and to identify a location of the object (B, H); a first analysis part (34) configured to predict a future location of the object (B, H) based on information outputted from the identification part (32) with respect to the object (B, H), and first information having collision possibility indicating to the object (B, H) to generate based on the predicted future location of the object (B, H); a second analysis part (36) configured to generate second information indicating a possibility of collision with the object (B, H) based on the location of the object (B, H) identified by the identification part (32); and a determination part (38) configured to determine a possibility of collision with the object (B, H) based on both the first information and the second information.
