The device has a radio receiver (1) arranged with a siren (2). A switch (3) is utilized for stopping and operating an LED-type indicator light (4). A set of positions of ice breaking hammers is numbered from one to six. The ice breaking hammers are clamped on its support. A broadcasting transmitter is arranged in the support. A sensor is fixed on handles of the ice-breaking hammers, where the sensor, siren, switch, light, and the broadcasting transmitter are arranged on a perforated turntable.
