The present invention relates to a cleaning device (1) of the upper surface (3) of a set of at least one panel chiefly inclined plane along a direction y1 of greatest slope, the said surface is smooth, except in the connecting lines of panels. The device comprises: - at least one means of washing by friction (21, 22) of the surface of the panel (3), and means for maintaining the washing means to a first predetermined distance from the surface of the panel, the so-called "distance from the washing", - of the coupling means with a support frame designed to be disposed in the cap of a support surface of the assembly of panels, - of the displacement means according to a line of greatest slope of the surface to be cleaned, said coupling means and of the movement being merged and comprising at least two straps (4a, 4b), adapted to be attached to each, on the one hand, to the support frame, and, on the other hand, at their other end, with a winder (25) connected to the cleaning device (1).
