Over Door Exercise Cable Station

A door frame mountable cable station to exercise various parts of the body comprising of a main device temporarily mountable on a door frame. The main device comprises of a L-shaped frame 1 on which two pulleys 4,5 are attached. The vertical section of the L-shaped frame is fixed onto the main block 13 while horizontal section is fixed onto the main bar 14 of the holding frame. Optionally these parts may be secured together with nuts, bolts or other fasteners.
