The invention relates to a user interface and a method for adjusting a setting of a means of transport by means of a display unit of a user interface. The method comprises the following steps: a first operation member used for operating setting of postions of a pilot and a seocnd pilot of a means of transport is displayed; a predifined operaiton surface is displayed on the display unit; and user input about the predefined operation surface is received and regarded as responses to the predefined operation surface; and a second operation member (7) used for operating setting of postions of the pilot and the seocnd pilot of the means of transport is displayed.
