The present invention is to provide a PRSV-resistant cucumber plant and a method of producing the same. The PRSV-resistant cucumber plant of the present invention includes a PRSV-resistant gene locus on the 6^th chromosome. The PRSV-resistant gene locus includes a base sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1. A PRSV-resistant and ZYMV-resistant cucumber plant cultivar can be obtained by hybridizing the PRSV-resistant cucumber plant of the present invention and a ZYMV-resistant cucumber plant. Thus, according to the PRSV-resistant cucumber plant of the present invention, it is possible to greatly reduce the economic and labor losses such as the yield loss due to the PRSV and ZYMV infection, the increase in use of agricultural chemicals, and the like.
