PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a heat-shrinkable film with a printing layer, which can dry a coating film of black printed layer forming ink, without shrinking the heat-shrinkable film substantially.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a heat-shrinkable film 1 having a printing layer of the invention comprises: the step of printing a heat-shrinkable film 2 with black printing layer forming ink containing a specific coloring agent for transmitting a near-infrared ray, thereby to form a coating film; and the step of drying the coating film by using a near-infrared ray heater.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
