PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize shortening of time for measuring a delay time difference among multiple signal propagation systems.;SOLUTION: A frequency difference detection unit 5 is provided for detecting an input signal of a receiving antenna 4 and then detecting a frequency difference Δf between a frequency f1 of a chirp signal transmitted from an element antenna 13-1 and a frequency f2 of a chirp signal transmitted from an element antenna 13-2. A delay time difference calculation unit 6 uses the frequency difference Δf detected by the frequency difference detection unit 5 and a per-unit-time frequency changing rate v of the chirp signal to calculate a delay time difference |Wire2-Wire1| between a propagation time Wire1 in a signal propagation system (1) and a propagation time Wire2 in a signal propagation system (2).;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
