PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate work of a participant for preparing notes in an on-line course.SOLUTION: When a lecture display section 11 presents lecture video and lecture material to a participant, a selection acceptance section 12 accepts specification of an arbitrary area of the lecture material to store information in a specified area as selection information in a buffer 13, and a note preparation section 14 prepares notes on the basis of the selection information stored in the buffer 13.
