PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comprehend influences on an electric power distribution equipment accompanying increase and decrease of users.SOLUTION: When an electric power distribution equipment is selected from a facility of a power distribution system which includes plural piece of electric power distribution equipment in which the hierarchy is defined, a server 10 identifies one or plural pieces of electric power distribution equipment the hierarchy of which is lower than that of the specific electric power distribution equipment by one.
