PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorption conveyance device and an adsorption conveyance method capable of suppressing the occurrence of an abnormality such as wrinkles in a web at the time when the web is adsorbed to a conveyance part by an adsorption part.SOLUTION: An adsorption conveyance device 20 for conveying a belt-like web W comprises a conveyance part 22 which conveys the web W and an adsorption part 24 which adsorbs the web W to the conveyance part 22.
