PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple plasma spectroscopic analysis method with high analysis sensitivity.SOLUTION: A plasma spectroscopic analysis method includes: a concentration process of applying voltage to a pair of electrodes in the presence of a specimen, so as to concentrate an analysis object in the specimen in the vicinity of at least one of the electrodes; and a detection process of generating plasma by applying voltage to the pair of electrodes, so as to detect the light emission of the analysis object caused by the plasma.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
