PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air mat for training the horse vault allowing a user to easily train the horse vault, and horse vault training set including the air mat.SOLUTION: The air mat for training the horse vault includes a body 10 usable as an air mat by introducing air to the inside, and an air blowing port 20 for introducing the air into the inside of the body 10. When the air mat is installed on a horizontal floor, with the air introduced in the body 10, the top face of the body 10 is substantially horizontal and has a substantially quadrilateral shape. Further, the air mat includes a support part 11 higher than the top face of the body 10 by 10 cm or more, at a peripheral edge of the top face of the body 10 on one side forming the substantially quadrilateral shape, and a side facing thereto has the same height as the top face of the body 10.
