PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accepting and concentrating algae water containing cultured algae from a culture pond while an affect of algae mucus is reduced in concentrating algae water of the culture pond by using a filter, a cultured algae water concentration system, and an operation method of the cultured algae water concentration system.SOLUTION: A method for accepting and concentrating algae water containing cultured algae from a culture pond comprises: a process of pooling algae water 10 containing cultured algae for a predetermined time in the state of blocked light and no water flow, and no nutrient given to the water; a process of introducing the pooled algae water 10 into a lower space of a concentration container 1 which is sectioned into upper and lower spaces by a filter 3; a process of vibrating the filter 3 toward the outside of its surface and processing the algae water 10, which is introduced into the concentration container 1, by the filter; and a process of separating the algae water 11 having passed the filter 3 and recovering the algae water 13 containing algae which do not pass the filter 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
