PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a money management tool for clothing and a money management device for clothing which are used in a coin-operated laundry management system, and which can set a reduction in charge in order to increase sales.SOLUTION: A money management tool 19 for clothing includes: signal detection sections 33 and 34 for detecting a money insertion signal which is output from a money insertion machine 30 and is input to a clothing handling machine 12, when a user inserts money in the money insertion machine 30; and a false money insertion signal output section 35 for outputting a false money insertion signal which functions in the same way as the money insertion signal to the clothing handling machine 12, when the money insertion signal from the money insertion machine 30 is not output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
