PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder foundation excellent in translucent feeling and a covering power.;SOLUTION: A powder foundation contains (A) 0.01 mass% or more to 5 mass% or less of red composite powders having a structure in which a red pigment consisting of litholrubin BCA is complexed with intercalation in an inorganic substance; (B) 2 mass% or more to 8 mass% or less of titanium oxide particles with a mean particle diameter of 0.1 μm or more to 0.5 μm or less; and (C) 20 mass% or more to 90 mass% or less of a total amount of at least one kind of extender pigments selected from the group consisting of talc, mica, and sericite.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
