STAIRWAY SET, STAIRWAY, PACKAGING METHOD FOR STAIRWAY FOOTBOARD, AND STAIRWAY CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify stairway construction processes by eliminating fitting work for a curing material 9 that covers a stairway footboard 1 to an extent possible.;SOLUTION: A stairway set A has a footboard 1 packaged using a curing material 9 fitted on the footboard 1 as a packaging material. The curing material 9 is made of a plate material having an L-shaped cross-section that includes a tread covering part 10 covering a tread 1a on a surface of the footboard 1, a front edge surface covering part 11 connected orthogonally to the tread covering part 10 and covering a front edge surface 1b of the footboard 1, and a protrusion 12 connected to the front edge surface covering part 11 and protruding on a rear side of the footboard 1, to be bent rearward at a boundary with the front edge surface covering part 11. The curing material is fixed on the footboard 1 with a curing tape 20 at a rear edge part of the tread covering part 10, and is bonded on the footboard 1 such that the footboard 1 may be fitted without removing the curing tape 20 at a site of installation of the footboard 1. Two footboards 1 on which the curing material 9 has been fixed are overlapped such that respective rear surfaces 1c face each other and the footboards are reversed in a front-rear direction, and the protrusion 12 of the curing material 9 of each footboard 1 covers a rear edge surface 1d of the other footboard 1.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
