PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate web page display time to be required when a network environment is changed.;SOLUTION: A web performance estimation apparatus includes: a web browser operation estimation section which acquires the time when a web browser starts a request, download processing duration time with respect to the request, and an object size, in a first network environment, to estimate a cluster, which is an object group to be processed at a time by the web browser, on the basis of the request start time; and a web performance estimation section which acquires a parameter on a second network environment, and reflects the parameter in the download processing duration time in the first network environment, to estimate web page display time in the second network environment, from web page display time in the first network environment, on the basis of the cluster estimated by the web browser operation estimation section.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
