PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device which achieves photographing where malfunction is suppressed by operation by a finger to a touch panel.;SOLUTION: A photographing device includes an image display section and a touch panel which successively outputs a contact position of a finger in accordance with lapse of time. The photographing device also includes: display control means for displaying one or a plurality of photographing related icons for activating operation related to photographing on an image display section; contact position determining means for determining whether the contact position of the finger is superposed on a display position range of the photographing related icon; and operation control means for activating operation corresponding to the photographing related icon in response to a determination result by the contact position determining means. When the photographing related icon is previously set to be displayed to enter the device, the display control means displays the photographing related icon so that at least a part of the photographing related icon enters the device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
