PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a missile guidance system for improving guidance accuracy for a missile, a missile, a missile guiding method and a program thereof.SOLUTION: A missile guidance system comprises a missile and a command device. The missile includes an image sensor, an image analysis unit, a transmittance unit, a receiving unit and a guidance control unit. The image sensor takes an image 110 and outputs it as a taken image 110. The image analysis unit extracts a lock-on candidate from the taken image 110 with the image sensor. The transmittance unit transmits target identification information for identifying the lock-on candidate on the taken image 110 and the taken image 110 to the command device. The receiving unit receives set information from the command device. The guidance control unit, when it receives the received set information, sets a lock-on target 400 of the missile on the basis of the set information and performs an image guidance of the missile in respect to the lock-on target 400.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9A
