PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current measurement device capable of improving noise-durability, a current measurement device for distribution board and a distribution board using the same.SOLUTION: A current measurement device 5 includes: a coil (detection element) 52; a measurement section 55 that measures a load current on the basis of the output from the coil 52; and a transmission line 57. The transmission line 57 is arranged to electrically connect a pair of inputting leads 551 and a pair of output terminal 521 of the coil 52. The transmission line 57 is constituted of a twisted pair line including an internal conductor of the plural through-hole 571, plural first conductors 572 and plural second conductor 573. The current measurement device 5 is mounted on a mounting plane of the measurement section 55 in a base plate 51 including a pair of first capacitor C1 which is electrically connected to a junction between each of the pair of inputting leads 551 and the transmission line 57.
