PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a device for generating an application matched with the purpose of each group member by a group unit, and adapted to terminal equipment that each group member uses.;SOLUTION: An application generation system is configured of an application generation function part and an application generation request device connected via a communication network thereto for making a generation request for a plurality of applications. The application generation request device transmits the attribute information of terminal equipment that each group member uses and the attribute information of the group member to the application generation function part. The application generation function part generates and presents an application for each terminal equipment to the application generation request device on the basis of the attribute information of each terminal equipment and the attribute information of the group member.
