PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently introducing, into a plant cell, a plural of fusion proteins in which TALE DNA binding domain is linked to a protein having biological activities, such as a FokI DNA cleavage domain, and to provide a vector group usable for it.SOLUTION: The invention provides a DNA binding domain integration vector containing a first attL recombinant site, a TALE DNA binding domain insertion area, a gene coding a protein, a second attL recombinant site, in which the first attL recombinant site, the insertion area, the gene, and the second attL recombinant site are arranged from the upstream of a protein coding direction toward the downstream in this order, and no promoter is arranged between the first attL recombinant site and an insertion site. The invention also provides a destination vector that is recombinable with the DNA binding domain integration vector, and has a promoter pair facing the opposite direction; and a method and kit using those vectors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
