PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a failure by executing a system reboot while avoiding during the operation of a system.SOLUTION: An image processing device includes setting means for receiving setting of a time for periodically restarting the information processing device from a user, storing means for storing the time received by the setting means, and a prescribed condition for determining whether to restart at the time, determination means for determining to execute restarting if an operation state of the information processing device matches the prescribed condition stored in the storage means when restarting the information processing device at the time stored in the storage means, and restart execution means for executing a restart according to the determination of the determination means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
