METHOD FOR PRODUCING TEA BAG-TYPE PEAR TEA USING BY-PRODUCT OF PEAR JUICE, AND TEA BAG-TYPE PEAR TEA USING BY-PRODUCT OF PEAR JUICE PRODUCED BY THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a tea bag-type pear tea using a pear juice byproduct, and to provide the tea bag-type pear tea using the pear juice byproduct produced by the same.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a method for producing a tea bag-type pear tea, characterized by comprising: a step 1 of washing and pulverizing pears; a step 2 of separating the pulverized pear into a pear extracted liquid and a pear juice byproduct; a step 3 of drying the pear juice byproduct; a step 4 of making the dried pear juice byproduct into powder; and a step 5 of packing the pear juice byproduct made into powder, wherein juice solids which are a byproduct obtained when pears are extracted to produce pear juice are used as a raw ingredient, so that novel tea bag-type pear tea is provided. The water content is optimally adjusted, so that the period of circulation of the tea bag-type pear tea is maximally extended. The tastes and fragrances of pear are strongly exhibited, and the pear juice byproduct is mixed with ginger at an optimal rate, so that the fragrances and tastes of pear and ginger are harmonized.
