PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for forming a three-dimensional shape in which, an area on which a symbol such as a number or character is printed, is properly protected, on a surface of a member such as a thermal expansion sheet.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional shape molding device 1 is configured to: acquire first height information (step S10) for designating height of a first three-dimensional shape determined based on a draft; then create second height information (step S20) for designating height of a second three-dimensional shape in which, height of a protection area for surrounding a symbol area 111 is higher than height of the symbol area 111, from the first height information; and form the second three-dimensional shape (step S30) on a surface of a record medium 17 on the basis of the second height information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
