PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exchange price setting device capable of imposing an economic loss to a customer who has driven an electric vehicle in a manner which causes early deterioration of a battery.SOLUTION: The price setting device includes an information processing unit 401 for determining an exchange price of a battery for an electric vehicle at a station. The price setting device includes: a use degree acquisition section 602 that calculates a degree of early-deterioration use in a numerical value, i.e., an electric vehicle has been used in a mode which causes an early deterioration of the battery for each customer; and a price setting section 604 that sets a relatively higher exchange price to a customer whose degree of early-deterioration use is relatively high.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
