PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground burial facility for disposing a low level radioactive waste, using a filling cement composition in which the hardening body is less likely to alter even if it is exposed to an environment including a sulfate or carbonate and the volumetric change is small even if the alteration occurs.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an underground burial facility for a low level radioactive waste in which the water-binding material ratio is 30-70 mass%, and the filling mortar hardening body includes Stratford phosphorus Gaito (2CaO-AlO-SiO-8HO).SELECTED DRAWING: None
