PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise selling device and the like capable of suppressing a scalper act without performing personal identification with a photograph.SOLUTION: A merchandise selling device includes: spot information acquisition means which acquires spot information set by a purchaser of merchandise in advance; current location information acquisition means which acquires current location information showing current location of a receiver of merchandise; and delivery permission means which permits delivery of the merchandise by confirming that the receiver is in a spot shown by the spot information on the basis of the spot information and the current location information.
