PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interview schedule adjusting device that facilitates determination of interview scheduling.SOLUTION: An interview schedule adjusting device comprises an interview time frame information storage 101 that stores two or more pieces of interview time frame information having information on time zones in which interviews are to be held; a candidate information storage 102 for storing two or more pieces of candidate information; a candidate identifier storage 103 for storing one or more candidate identifier or identifiers for distinguishing, in association with interview time frame information, candidates from one another; a registration promoting information transmitter 131 for transmitting registration promoting information, which is information promoting registration of an interview time frame that respective candidates wish to be assigned, to two or more candidates; a registration transmitter receiver 141 for receiving, in response to transmission of the registration promoting information, registration information having candidate identifiers and frame identifiers identifying an interview time frame that the respective candidates wish to be assigned; and a candidate identifier accumulator 123 for accumulating candidate identifiers contained in the registration information in association with the interview time frame information.
