PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to measure a mutual diffusion coefficient in a short time.;SOLUTION: The present invention is provided with: a micro flow channel 112; a measurement unit 102 for measuring a composite concentration when at least a first and a second liquid are mixed via the micro flow channel 112 and the first and the second liquids are mutually diffused; and a calculation unit 102 for approximating a relational expression (expression 18) representing relationship between the composite concentration measured by the measurement unit 102 and the diffusion coefficients D_f, D_i of each of the first and the second liquids, and calculating each of the diffusion coefficients D_f, D_i of the first and the second liquids on the basis of the relational expression (expression 18) and the measured value of the composite concentration.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
