PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authority transfer system capable of changing non-functional requirements linked with an authority by change of client authorities.;SOLUTION: A resource server issues an authentication identifier to a client request, an authorization server receives the authentication identifier, and destination information of a mediation device from a client, and issues certification information for certifying a client authority based on information preliminarily registered in the authorization server. The mediation device issues the certification information based on the authentication identifier and the information preliminarily registered in the authorization server when the certification information is transmitted from the client, the resource server receives the certification information issued by the mediation device from the client, and provides the client with a resource based on the authentication identifier. The authorization server preliminarily registers pieces of destination information of a plurality of mediation devices corresponding to a plurality of resource servers with different performances for the same resource, and makes any destination information possible to be selected by the client.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
