PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately evaluate the vibration response to a system including the ground.;SOLUTION: A vibration response evaluation system 10 includes: a parameter storage unit 11 for storing a parameter that indicates the hardness of a system including the ground and has a value corresponding to the magnitude of the vibration to be applied to the system; an input unit 12 for inputting the input value indicating the magnitude of the vibration to be applied to the system and a response value indicating the magnitude of the vibration as the response of the system to the applied vibration; and an evaluation unit 13 for calculating the product of the response value and the parameter stored in accordance with the input value and calculating, as the vibration response of the system, the relationship between the product and the input value.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
