PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handy method estimating subjective senses such as sourness or pungency quantitatively without being a burden for a user.;SOLUTION: A history accumulation database 360 of a taste estimation device 301 corresponds and holds a user ID, a shop name, a menu and pungent data. An input acceptance unit 370 accepts a user ID and a shop name input by a user. An estimating unit 380 chooses a user ID of a resemble user who is similar to the user of the accepted user ID in the pungent data from the history accumulation database 360, and extracts pungent data of the resemble user for the menu of the accepted shop name from the database 360.
